Minimum qualifications:

- 15 years of experience in marketing/media, sales, business development, or consulting.
- 5 years of experience with people management, leading and developing a business team, and managing geographically dispersed teams.

- Experience in digital advertising, particularly with video solutions and programmatic platforms.

- Experience building relationships with video advertising stakeholders and partners.
- Understanding of the media, advertising market and its key players.
- Ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market sales strategies and business plans.
- Ability to be a strategic thinker to drive significant business growth.
- Excellent leadership, people, team management, sales, negotiation, business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
