Order Management Specialist
Job Description

Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on WHAT has to be delivered and that require analysis of the available data in order to decide HOW to best carry out the assignment. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.

You are responsible for

• Collect order-intake documents(including singedconfiguration,ContractSummary,bid win notice, commission form and related files)
• Check the third party products,biding fee,commission and other reserved fees according to contract summaryand biddingdocuments under the company guideline.
• Prepare Pre-calculation and get approval from related manager and controller
• Contact with I/E firm to negotiate the contract terms and conditions.
• Check the L/C Application Form as per signed contract.
• Transfer all qualified OIT files to order management team.
• Fill in realtime and maintenance it accurate and in time.
• Applicate VAT invoice for RMB contract.
• Provide orders status report to sales area manager regularly.

• Eliminate potiential risk by stricktly folloingw company’s guidline and own experience& knowledge
• No audit issue
• Working on details with great patience and carefulness
• Work quickly and accurately with highly confidential information
• Bachelor Degree in International Trade or Supply Chain , good knowledge of contract law, international and local trade affairs;
• >3 Years experiences in foreign trade related field or supply chain management or operation management in Multinational Companies
