Job Description- Leverages established training programs and delivers a variety of training to employees within assigned business unit.
- Delivers business or job-specific training to attain learning objectives and meet learners' needs.
- Assists with the coordination of training materials, facilities and equipment within the business unit. Assists with monitoring participant progress and instructional program effectiveness.
- Reviews training materials in relation to organizational needs, learners' backgrounds and course objectives to ensure consistency of quality and accuracy of content. Partners with enterprise training to modify training materials as appropriate.
- Assists in evaluating employees' learning performance and related improvements. Liaises with employees to facilitate learning activities.
