Services Commercial Manager, Channel Partners APAC
You are responsible for
- Channel Partner Services Commercial Manager is fully accountable for driving performance of sales originated from channel partners.
- Train and Support Partners and/or Market stakeholders on relevant Philips Partner sales and services related processes and tools
- Works closely with multiple stakeholders:
- Global channel partner team to develop and implement channel partner program
- APAC channel partner team to coordinate implementation
- BU leaders and districts to drive channel partners performance
- Identifies opportunities and challenges to influence global developments in terms of pricing, value proposition, tools and enablement materials.
- Develops strategy and targets, and support execution in the districts.
- Ensures commercial execution with rigor to maximize key leading KPIs (on-time renewal, contract penetration, price realization, forecast accuracy.)
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Health-Sciences related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years and above of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in delivering outstanding commercial results
- Ability to analyze a large amount of data to draw commercial actions.
- Creative and data-driven decision maker.
- Process and continuous improvement mindset.
- Certified LEAN Advanced or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in hospital workflow, client and stakeholder management is advantageous.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Attention to detail is a must, coupled with a "roll-up-your-sleeves can-do” attitude.
- Ability to demonstrate experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
