As ayou will get to work across Azure with subject matter experts from services across Azure to build world-class infrastructure services that support the deployment of changes to the fleet. You will gain technical depth working on Cloud infrastructure and get an opportunity to experience the whole product cycle of shipping features and adapting to early customer feedback. In the process, you will also gain proficiency sharing the vision and strategy with our leadership and various stakeholders.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional / Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

    • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • Experience with cloud infrastructure.
  • Direct experience working with data to build inferences and visualizations to help with decision-making.
  • Proven technical background and solid foundation in software engineering principles
  • Technical writing skills and oral communication.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Software and Hardware Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
  • Define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
  • With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.
  • Drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. You’ll also contribute to customer support and participate in direct customer engagements.
