Day-to-day tasks can include
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for onsite & remote users.
- Setting up new hire equipment and providing user training.
- Supporting and troubleshooting video conferencing systems onsite.
- Initiating and implementing regular hardware refresh projects.
- Maintaining & supporting all Office IT equipment – desk setups, printers, access points etc.
What are we looking for in you?
- Bachelors degree in IT, big data or equivalent - preferable but not essential.
- 2+ years work experience supporting end users in a corporate and remote environment.
- Proactive, creative problem solving mindset, result oriented and a true team player.
- Customer focused and working off own initiative.
- Availability to travel abroad on occasion.
- Excellent Windows 10 & 11 knowledge.
- Excellent Office 365 knowledge in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Apple hardware, setup and support.
- Superb communication skills (training, presentations, learning).
- Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills.
- Able to follow stringent corporate processes, procedures and policies.
- Extensive experience in remote support & troubleshooting.
- Experience in supporting the use of AV-technology such as Zoom, Webex, Teams, etc.
- Good Project Management and Time Management skills.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technology knowledge.
