As a Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment and receipt of goods within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing the shipping and receiving processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations by ensuring accurate and timely shipment and receipt of goods. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate and execute the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify the accuracy of quantities and items received
• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations related to shipping and receiving operations
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
