Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for global mobility, remote work and immigration matters.

  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles and FAQs for Mobility programs.

  • Initiate and track relocation and immigration cases, ensuring application timeline, expiration tracking, extension requests and approvals.

  • Run reports and manage data that feeds into a larger Global Mobility dashboard.

  • Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with the company’s immigration expense policy.

  • Prepare travel and employment verification letters as requested.

  • Review and respond to employee questions through Qualcomm’s HR ticketing system.

  • Support remote and flexible work requests globally.

  • Work closely with our third-party vendors to ensure a great employee experience.

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Human Resources or related field.

  • Prior experience working in-house or for a relocation management company (RMC).
