Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and processes for global mobility, remote work and immigration matters.
Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles and FAQs for Mobility programs.
Initiate and track relocation and immigration cases, ensuring application timeline, expiration tracking, extension requests and approvals.
Run reports and manage data that feeds into a larger Global Mobility dashboard.
Review and approve employee expense reports in accordance with the company’s immigration expense policy.
Prepare travel and employment verification letters as requested.
Review and respond to employee questions through Qualcomm’s HR ticketing system.
Support remote and flexible work requests globally.
Work closely with our third-party vendors to ensure a great employee experience.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field.
3+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Human Resources or related field.
Prior experience working in-house or for a relocation management company (RMC).
