Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with Global SI’s, Regional SI’s, and CSP’s
Develop and maintain a network of Data & AI practice leaders
Manage a portfolio of high performing data services providers to achieve partnership goals such as net new customers and consumption
Develop best practices to engage with focus partners, escalate issues and set clear expectations with partners on working with Snowflake
Develop partner specific account plans to include annual co-sell goals, marketing campaigns, sponsorships, accreditations, certifications, etc.
Ensure focus partners keep investing on their Snowflake practice
Support the field in the process of engaging with partners and leveraging our partner programs
Measure and report on the success of focus partners
Help with recruitment, on-boarding and training of new partners in coordination with the assigned Partner Sales Engineer
8+ years of industry experience within partnership/alliances, sales, marketing, business development
5+ years of direct channel sales/management experience within the SaaS space
Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organization (all levels) and for external use
Working knowledge of cloud environments preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Fluent in English - written & spoken
Ability to travel up to 50%
