How you’ll spend your day
- Daily content feeding work on projects and tickets
- Basic UAT testing of new features
- Develop strong partnerships with our internal clients across our organization
- Solve inquiries and requests from internal customers and address their needs
- Advise on optimization of content for web, such as copy and images
- Aid in creating layout of pages
- Collect user feedback and translate into recommendations (for UX/UI improvements)
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 6 months of proven work as website administrator or similar role working in CMS
- Experience in Optimizely CMS is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong self-management and time management skills
