Executive Communications:
Lead executive communications for business leaders within PayPal’s Large Enterprise business, developing communication strategies that align with leadership vision and business objectives
Craft talking points, presentations, and communications for various internal and external engagements ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with company strategy
Develop an external communication strategy to enhance visibility and reputation as a thought leader on key trends impacting global enterprises
Help curate executive LinkedIn and social strategy to engage with key audiences and raise visibility positioning PayPal as a leader in commerce
Internal Communications:
Develop and implement internal communication plans that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's technology vision and business priorities
Manage internal platforms and channels to facilitate transparent and effective communication within the organization
External Storytelling:
Develop and execute external communication strategies that showcase the company's merchant story to media, partners, customers, industry influencers, and the broader public
Drive thought leadership initiatives to promote PayPal’s Large Enterprise offerings, B2B innovation, and talent driven by key trends, industry insights, and market dynamics
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling content, including articles, blog posts, and sponsored content
Cultivate brand advocates within the organization and empower them to share our merchant story through various channels.
Ideal Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in corporate, finance, or B2B/merchant communications
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex financial concepts to various audiences
Experience working with C-level executives and a deep understanding of executive communication strategies
Track record of successful thought leadership and external storytelling campaigns
Familiarity with current communications trends and a passion for supporting businesses through innovative approaches

The US national annual pay range for this role is $137,500 to $236,500P
