Description
As a Senior Program Manager on our team, you will be responsible for a broad portfolio of work. You will build great customer experiences while working with remarkably hardworking and dedicated people across Apple. More specifically, you will:- Manage the product lifecycle: Own every phase of the software development process, from gathering requirements and scoping work to planning, execution, and shipping on time with high quality.- Execute with focus and precision: Drive projects to completion with a clear execution approach, maintaining well-defined priorities, anticipating challenges, and ensuring streamlined processes to deliver results.- Communicate effectively: Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executives, ensuring alignment and transparency.- Lead with strategy and vision: Craft the roadmap for the Places Program by identifying user needs, defining priorities, and making data-driven trade-offs to ensure project success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Program Management experience with consumer-facing products.
  • Hands-on experience building and delivering client software along with web and internet services.
  • Experience working in a multifaceted, execution-driven environment.
  • Extraordinary leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical background a plus, especially with Machine Learning.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
