As a Risk and Compliance Manager in Central Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our broader GWS organization remains well-managed and in compliance with organizational, enterprise, and legal requirements.

Have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple departments to understand processes and drive results.
Bring subject matter experts, stakeholders and partners to the discussion to achieve superior results.
Lead regularly scheduled risk assessments (e.g., process level assessments, risk and control self assessment, etc.).
Build strategies for new control oversight categories (e.g., tech, finance, etc.) and implement / test.
Monitor for new applicable laws and implement processes / procedures to comply.
Lead partner audits and provide strong support for regulatory / GWS audits.
Serve as the primary GWS liaison between ES Risk, Compliance, and Legal for international expansions.
Participate in and execute other special projects for the team on an as needed basis.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of risk management experience
At least 3 years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 5 years of risk management experience
At least 3 years of physical security or corporate real estate experience
At least 2 years of control development and testing experience
At least 2 years of audit experience
Experience with PRIME / FUSE
BPM certification
