Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in EE or related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to collaborate with teams all around the world
- Ability to work well on a team, take ownership and encourage others
- Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong device physics knowledge as it applies to analog IC design
- Experience with design and validation of switching converters (Buck/Boost) and linear regulators (LDO), including the design of all their sub-blocks, such as gate drivers, bandgaps, bias, opamps, switched-cap circuits, low power oscillators, feedback and compensation techniques
- Experience in ADCs and/or other Mixed Signal IPs is considered as beneficial
- Proven track record of delivering silicon IPs with complete architecture, design, verification and validation experience
- Basic knowledge of IC Production Test and Qualification
- High level problem solving capabilities shown through the design of innovative IPs
- Ability to lead and co-ordinate key IPs with limited guidance from manager
