Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
- OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years development experience with skills in a mix of C/C++, C# and scripting languages (Python/PowerShell/JS)
- Experience in testing, deploying and supporting large real-time scale services on Azure, AWS or similar environments
- Knowledge of post-breach compromise domain including methods for reconnaissance, persistence, lateral movement and data exfiltration across both on-premises and cloud environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cybersecurity, and/or anomaly detection
- OR Doctorate in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- Proficient cross group and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate the business need for security and technical improvements
Security Research IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $108,100 - CAD $199,700 per year.
