What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to provide deep technical assistance in integrating NVIDIA ARM requirements into their Enterprise platforms.

  • Work in partnership with customers to achieve fully optimized designs using NVIDIA products, and provide valuable feedback on product features and software enhancements.

  • Take ownership of customers' ARM-Grace Enterprise platform bring up, conducting thorough issue analysis and root cause investigations leading to successful mass production.

  • Develop and maintain the necessary tools focused on NVIDIA Enterprise product segments.

  • Provide technical training to customers to facilitate their engagement with new ARM-based Enterprise solutions.

  • Be prepared for overseas travel when necessary to support customer engagements.

What we need to see:

  • A BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of significant software development experience.

  • Proficiency in ARM Server System Architecture, with an additional understanding of X86 being a definite plus.

  • Familiarity with Linux skills and operations, with experience in BMC being highly advantageous.

  • Hands-on experience in developing ARM features specifically for Enterprise platforms, including security and UEFI (BootLoader) implementation.

  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and Perl.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different task assignments and work effectively under pressure.
