Required Qualifications

  • Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper-level management
    • PR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
  • Experience serving as mentor to others

Executive Support

  • You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for a leader, and will align calendar based on the leader's preferences and style.
  • You will own expense management, manage travel arrangements, and create detailed itineraries for daily activities of a leader.

Team Support

  • You will own the coordination, logistics, and direction of events, delegating as necessary.
  • You’ll also be able to balance multiple projects end to end with varying deadlines.
  • You’ll understand and help implement rhythm of business (ROB).
  • You’ll oversee supply management and ensure our organization is informed and compliant.
  • You will facilitate team experience and onboarding activities for the team.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • You’ll build and leverage a cross-organizational network to enable team work and contribute to the planning and execution of an annual team-wide hackathon.
  • You will participate in the Business Support community and begin to provide leadership, such as by seeking mentors.
  • You will manage up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, maintaining detailed data to recommend changes and identify future requirements.
