Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales onboarding program that aligns with our company's goals, culture, and sales methodologies.
  • Create and maintain a structured 30-60-90 day onboarding plan for new sales hires.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure all pre-onboarding tasks are completed before a new hire's first day.
  • Design and deliver training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM usage, and company processes.
  • Implement engaging onboarding techniques such as role-playing, knowledge checks, and small projects.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to incorporate coaching into the onboarding process.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including welcome packages, training guides, and sales playbooks.
  • Establish clear metrics to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program and continuously improve it based on feedback and results.
  • Foster a team-centric approach by facilitating introductions and encouraging collaboration between new hires and existing team members.
  • Coordinate mentorship programs pairing new hires with experienced sales professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations during the onboarding process.
