Supporting the leadership team in the decision-making process by conducting insight generating analysis
Being responsible for a dedicated departmental support process
Supporting the day-to-day activities of the GSO which are ever-changing as a result of a dynamic environment and continuous improvement ambition.
Students who are currently studying towards their University Bachelor (last year) or Master of science WO (Msc.) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field
Strong analytical skills and an open and global oriented work mentality
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel , and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management, previous internship experience in an international organization is an advantage
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Unique working experience at a global HealthTech leading firm. You will have the first insights into the world of Philips and how PIA supports Philips to realize its strategy. In addition, you will be developing hard and soft skills such as communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Next to that, we are offering a decent internship package:
Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours.
Travel compensation, if you live more than 9km far away from the office and you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net
Paid holidays per internship term.

In order to be considered, you have to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU enrolled at a Dutch university need to fill in a NUFFIC agreement – which needs to be signed by the student and the university.
