Role Description:
You are a relentless, data-driven, and experimental growth marketer who constantly analyzes data to optimize ROI-positive campaigns, eliminate underperforming ones, and develop new campaign strategies to scale.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with peers, internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive performance.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from customers, campaigns and business KPIs to optimize paid acquisition strategies for growth.
Propose, plan, and implement paid campaigns, such as paid search and retargeting, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Proactively manage paid channels to meet or exceed agreed-upon targets.
Continuously optimize campaigns through experimentation, formulating hypotheses, testing, and documenting results and learnings.
Regularly report performance metrics to leadership, offering actionable insights for ongoing campaign refinement and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Over 3 years of experience in online growth marketing, managing large-scale campaigns across multiple regions and languages via various paid channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
Strong expertise in bidding strategies, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and measurement.
Hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns across various platforms that include Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads.
Experience with tracking setup, Google Tag Manager, and feeding data to algorithms such as conversions for campaign optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making key performance indicators to drive campaign improvements, with proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to extract
Understanding of AI-driven tools and strategies to enhance PPC campaign performance
Fluency in English required, with additional language skills a plus, and experience in an international B2B SaaS environment is highly advantageous.
