Role Description:
You are a relentless, data-driven, and experimental growth marketer who constantly analyzes data to optimize ROI-positive campaigns, eliminate underperforming ones, and develop new campaign strategies to scale.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with peers, internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive performance. 
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from customers, campaigns and business KPIs to optimize paid acquisition strategies for growth. 
- Propose, plan, and implement paid campaigns, such as paid search and retargeting, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
- Proactively manage paid channels to meet or exceed agreed-upon targets. 
- Continuously optimize campaigns through experimentation, formulating hypotheses, testing, and documenting results and learnings. 
- Regularly report performance metrics to leadership, offering actionable insights for ongoing campaign refinement and business growth. 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Over 3 years of experience in online growth marketing, managing large-scale campaigns across multiple regions and languages via various paid channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. 
- Strong expertise in bidding strategies, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and measurement. 
- Hands-on experience in building and optimizing campaigns across various platforms that include Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads. 
- Experience with tracking setup, Google Tag Manager, and feeding data to algorithms such as conversions for campaign optimization. 
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making key performance indicators to drive campaign improvements, with proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) to extract 
- Understanding of AI-driven tools and strategies to enhance PPC campaign performance 
- Fluency in English required, with additional language skills a plus, and experience in an international B2B SaaS environment is highly advantageous.
