As a Transactions specialist III, you will be processing USD payments, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining compliance with internal and external regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This unit is the central operations contact for USD payments processing, client escalations, exception processing following highest control standards while ensuring exception client experience, especially during high volume days.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end processing of USD payments, including preparation, verification, and execution.
  • Ensure all payments are processed accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile payment transactions and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud related to USD payments.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to update and maintain compliance-related documentation.
  • Address and resolve inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding USD payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate information and timely responses and maintain accurate records of all USD payment transactions.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on payment activities and metrics to management.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required and identify and suggest improvements to payment processing systems and workflows.
  • Utilize payment processing systems and software efficiently.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Graduate with good academic record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions.
  • Experience and a working knowledge of various aspects of USD payments, SWIFTS and International Payment Processing Operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and financial software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
