In this role, you will:

• Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
• Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience in banking financial services across multiple domains as a product owner, application support and Testing.
• Expertise in managing all lifecycle stages for project/product from ideation to delivery, aligning with business need.
• CRM systems experience focused on Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desired.
• Exposure to Integration between Salesforce and Lending Products like nCino and/or LIQ
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems/application support.
• Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.
• Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems
• This is a Hybrid Support process hence the efforts would be distributed among Application support and Testing
• Strong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.
• Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.
• Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities are must.
• Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
• Content Management and credit/loan origination system support, knowledge and testing highly desired.
• Strong programming skills in python to extract, manipulate and analyze large amount of data.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in /engineering/finance

• Ability to work independently and to self-manage / motivate.
• Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) products.
• Please Note : Flexibility is expected to work in Rotational Night Shifts and periodically support as On-Call or weekend release activity.
• Shift Timings: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Eastern)

6:30PM – 3:30 AM IST (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern)
