Key Responsibilities:
- Data Hygiene & Architecture:
- Ensure the cleanliness, accuracy, and reliability of all data.
- Design and maintain robust data architecture to support various data needs.
- Data Platforms & Products:
- Oversee the development and management of data platforms and products.
- Data Sourcing & Ingestion:
- Manage and operationalize information management, including reference data, client master tables, security master tables, and price master tables.
- Data Curation & Management:
- Identify, classify, and operationalize data from third-party sources, prospect data, client data, phone logs, web logs, email logs, trades, transactions, positions, and balances.
- Data Distribution & APIs:
- Develop and manage data distribution channels and APIs.
- Implement cloud-based data sharing solutions.
- Work with next-gen data distribution tools to optimize client data and enhance the client experience.
- Target State Architecture:
- Build and operationalize platforms for artificial intelligence and Gen-AI.
- Data Governance & Standards:
- Ensure data feeding regulatory, finance, and compliance requirements are documented and traced with lineage.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 20+ years of experience working in data products and platforms within the wealth management industry.
- Extensive experience with Cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Proficiency with tools like Tableau and Dataiku.
- Knowledge of Data Fabrics, Data Meshes, and tools like Starburst and Data Virtualization Layers.
- Expertise in Machine Learning and Next Best Action Decision Engines.
- Strong understanding of Canonical Model Hubs, Raw Zones, Integration Layers, and Semantic Layers.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
