Check Point is looking for an experiencedProject Managerto manage and negotiate our partnership/OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and cloud agreements in the purchasing department.

In this role, you will be in charge of establishing and negotiating all the terms related to Check Point’s partnerships/OEM agreements. You will require to review and negotiate contracts, optimizing costs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality partnership to meet the business needs.
In addition, you will manage all our cloud agreements and initiatives focusing on cost optimization and collaborating closely with our FinOps department.
This role requires expertise in technology, SAAS and OEM agreements, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key OEM/Cloud suppliers, including conducting regular business reviews, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration to drive continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with OEM/Cloud suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms while maintaining business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, security, legal, and finance teams, to understand technology needs, assess vendor capabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Manage relationships with cloud vendors, including conducting vendor performance reviews, addressing issues and escalations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor cloud usage and spending trends, analyze cost drivers, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency gains.
  • Develop strategies to optimize software OEM and cloud agreements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Law, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Project management in a global company (preferably Hi Tech). Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects, particularly focusing on new partnership agreements, procurement, and sourcing. Experience in software OEM/cloud procurement is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in software procurement, licensing, and contract negotiation.
  • Experience in negotiations and complex contracts.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accurate and detail-oriented.
