JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Country Sales Director and you'll work out of our Malaysia location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of Honeywell Process Solutions in Malaysia by driving revenue growth and expanding market share. You will be part of sales representative team collaborating to develop and execute strategic sales plans, and to achieve annual sales targets. By building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, you will understand their needs and align our solutions to meet their requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage specific regional account towards achieving assigned sales target.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, implementation, and support
  • Drive and manage specific regional account towards achieving assigned sales target.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales roles, preferably related to process automation or other technical and digital solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
