What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Support Senior Technician, you will work with highly skilled technical advisors to develop and deliver solutions that enable customers to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs.
You will:
Provides first Level Technical Support on Dell supplied products and/or peripherals. Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues
Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client systems. Ability to handle stressful situations
Monitors and tracks issues to ensure accurate resolution
Assumes a proactive role in technical support call avoidance by identifying known problems and documenting resolutions. Meeting the revenue goals
Knowledge of Spares Parts and Moxie. Knowledge in WKS
Fluent in Italian, good level in English
Strong Technical Aptitude & Troubleshooting Skills. Expert knowledge of on-line tools (Delta, GII,..)
Knowledge of standard Microsoft Windows Applications and Operating systems
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Knowledge and understanding of PC hardware components. Good skills in software issues
