Your Impact

  • Leading product strategy and technical roadmap - identify, prioritize, and partner with product and engineering teams at Palo Alto Networks and Cloud Service Providers to deliver the capabilities that will have the most significant impact on the success of the solution. Identify and vet new opportunities to grow and expand the business.

  • Delighting customers: Work closely with customers and UX teams to validate new product ideas. Share customer insights with the team and use the feedback to guide the solution's future capabilities. Customer empathy is crucial.

  • Growing the business - collaborate with the cloud service providers, product marketing, sales, and GTM teams to drive sales growth and customer adoption of our solutions. Drive execution planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams (channels, GTM, partnerships, sales).

  • Analyze the metrics and execute on ways to accelerate growth and improve margins.

  • Actively promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and teamwork.

Your Experience

  • Strong knowledge and experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tooling, and infrastructure-as-a-service. Public Cloud certifications are a plus.

  • 6+ years of product management experience (or alternate customer-facing roles), working on SaaS delivery models in the Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). We consider passion and grit over years of experience, but you must have experience delivering products.

  • Experience driving high-velocity product releases using Agile methodology.

  • BS/MS in CS, EE, or related field with a strong business background (MBA is a plus)

  • Experience in great UX design and/or working with UX designers is a plus.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $166,000 - $268,500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found .
