Job Area:
Principal Duties
Develop overall North America QCOM/Distribution strategy and objectives and ensure alignment with regional teams
Own North America franchise distributor business, accounts and relationships
Set targets for each distributor, manage sales performance process in close collaboration with regional teams
Align and manage overall Qualcomm portfolio for each franchised distributor
Work with the BU’s to define appropriate Qualcomm products that can be sold through each distributor’s channel
Drive product rollout strategy (enablement, dev kits, documentation, PPT’s, trainings, promotions)
Provide support to address enablement issues (access, documentation)
Define marketing support needs, technical support needs, monitor effectiveness and provide and manage needed change to drive channel growth
Coordinate marketing & promotional strategy/plans with Arrow across QCOM marketing and product lines (including incentives, MDF)
Develop and manage distributor agreements, policy changes, quarterly inventory profiles, price protection plans, ship and debit audits
Establish Corporate and NA revenue and DW metrics
Establish a cadence for QBRs, develop and manage corporate criteria related to QBRs and actions
Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree in business or technology preferred
5+ years of industry experience in the networking/connected devices markets.
Experience executing against both short-term deliverables and long-term strategic initiatives
Demonstrated strategic thinking including ability to analyze complex business problems, develop supporting analysis, and present in a clear and simple manner for an executive audience
Strong negotiation skills in dealing w/ internal and external stakeholders and partners
Strong written communication skills (esp. executive presentations)
Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills

Pay range:
$201,000.00 - $301,000.00
