As a Senior Account Manager at Honeywell ProcessSolutions (HPS), you will play a crucial role in managing strategic accountsand driving revenue growth in the Houston area. With your extensive experiencein account management and your deep understanding of the oil and gas, refining,energy, and industrial sectors, you will build and maintain strong customerrelationships and provide tailored solutions to meet their business needs. You will report directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of ourHouston, Texas location on a hybrid work schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manageand grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point ofcontact for customer relationships
• Develop and execute strategic accountplans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs andproviding tailored solutions
• Identify new business opportunitieswithin existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to delivervalue-added solutions
• Lead contract negotiations and ensurecustomer satisfaction through effective account management
• Monitor market trends, competitoractivities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drivecontinuous growth
• Provide mentorship and guidance toaccount managers and sales teams

MUST HAVE: • Minimum of 6+years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track recordof managing key accounts and driving revenue growth WE VALUE:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering,or a related field
• Experience in the oil and gas,refining, energy, or industrial sectors
• Proven ability to drive revenuegrowth and achieve sales targets
• Strong business acumen andunderstanding of market dynamics
• Ability to effectively managemultiple accounts and prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
