Mentoring and coaching the Account Executives to achieve revenue, growth, pipeline targets and other KPIs on a monthly, quarterly and annual baseRequired skills:
- Previous experience gained in software sales (SaaS / Cloud)
- 3-5 years management experience successfully coaching, mentoring and managing a team of Sales professionals to achieve performance goals
- Experience leading sales teams covering EMEA/International regions
- Consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations in an individual contributor sales role and managerial role
- A passion for building a thriving and diverse team
- Proven track record of creating and inspiring successful teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)
- Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
- Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvement
- Experience working in a multi-cultural and high-growth environment
- English fluency and minimum of one additional European language
