The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have excellent problem solving and communication skills, combined with a passion for servicing customers and resolving complicated issues. Associates must be able to work autonomously and with other COF associates when resolving and researching various issues/requests. Successful associates are self-motivated, possess strong decision making ability, and are comfortable researching and solving problems across multiple areas and systems.
Responsibilities:
Interact across different communication channels and systems to resolve customer issues
Identify and research root causes of customer pain points to help develop process improvements
Manage customer inquiries, with a focus on providing timely responses
Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to internal and external customers, as well as intra-team
Self prioritize the management of customer inquiries and project work on a daily basis
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite
At least 1 year of procurement experience
