Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior executives.
Experience managing core administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience in a direct executive support role for c-level or equivalent senior leadership.
Ability to navigate a complex environment and communicate effectively with a diverse range of senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Demonstrated expertise in effective calendar management across complex international time zones and coordination of high-volume global travel.
Highly organized, responsible, calm and resilient, growth/learning mindset, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional stakeholders.
