As a Product Implementation and change management - associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end solutioning, and implementation of complex and critical fund launches, life-cycle events, onboarding of new instruments, and new markets. Additionally, as the Taiwan lead for change management, this role involves leading negotiations and managing resources with our key vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product teams, Operations, Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls to design and implement investment solutions for new business opportunities and complex change events.
• Execute established project plans, ensuring timely communication and delivery of key deliverables to senior stakeholders.
• Manage issue resolution effectively, ensuring timely mitigation of key roadblocks and appropriate escalation.
• Liaise with external parties for the execution of change requests and management of vendor relationships.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance ore related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the financial industry.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to drive solutions and execute.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders and business users.
• A strong team player with a keen learning attitude, high commitment, self-motivation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A meticulous attention to detail, prioritizing accuracy and quality in all tasks.
