Responsibilities
  • Azure Finance Managers focus on strategic deals, justifying digital transformation, and engaging in large deals. They also delve into the technical side, bridging the CFO/CIO gap, and are involved in deal escalations and field empowerment.
  • This role includes removing blockers for new growth initiatives, providing industry analytics, supporting financial ROB for STU/Investments requests/customer engagements, and providing insights into customer trends, workloads, and solutions.
  • Drive cloud growth leveraging deep Cloud analytics, understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership, and bring market/customer insights to Area Controllers.
  • Contributes to new and unconventional methods and approaches to data collection, analysis, interpretation, and financial models. Provides advice and direction to teammates and peers on data management and operations. · Leads efforts to leverage technology to increase productivity (e.g., report optimization) and to ensure accurate conclusions.
  • Integrates varied data sources and assimilates the information into a comprehensive, clear narrative.
  • Communicates results in a compelling and understandable message. Articulates understanding and awareness of business partner situations.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements by reviewing and monitoring the accuracy of financial documents and business processes.
  • Drives corrective measures. Consults with business partners on sharing financial information, approved instruments and processes, and consistency with corporate policies.
