Job purpose:

  • This role provides hands-on Application Support to EY clients. Using technical expertise, you will strive to give quality and efficient customer service, as well as innovative fix solutions.
  • This is a varied and interesting role working with a well-established team.
  • The successful candidate will be a C# .Net Developer, with experience of Dynamics 365 looking for a role which combines technical development with remote customer support.

Your client responsibilities:

  • Should have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, reporting, dashboards, and security model.
  • Should have deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM in all technical and functional areas.
  • Should be taking ownership of technical issues, understanding customer requirements and work within escalation process to resolve more advanced issues.
  • Support and resolve incidents and problem tickets over phone/ email/remote meeting within SLA defined.
  • Set and Manage customer expectation for ticket scope and timeline.
  • Ability to understand, communicate, interpret client business processes and requirements.
  • Liaise with the project delivery teams to understand the possible reasons for any system issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment.
  • Act as a mentor and escalation point for those with less experience in the team.
  • Responsible for efforts estimations.
  • Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment.
  • Flexible to work for clients in different time zones.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in User Configs, Data Import, and Export.
  • Ability to perform advanced technical troubleshooting, preform root cause analysis and provided problem resolution.
  • Should have ITIL process knowledge and experience of a production support ticketing system ensuring we meet client service level agreement (SLA) commitments.
  • Maintain a rapport with your clients to ensure an ongoing excellent relationship between all clients and EY.

Key skills:

  • Should have experience in working in Production Support.
  • Responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Hands-on experience on configuration & customization on any three CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing, Field Services, Project Services). Experience integrating dynamics CRM to external systems.
  • BE/B.Tech. /MCA/MBA with a sound industry experience of 5 to 10 years.
  • At least 1 to 2 On-Prem Implementation / Maintenance, at least 4 CRM online project implementations / Maintenance.
  • Develop fixes to client issues, and deploy fixed solutions to the client’s environments
  • Respond to client tickets in order to keep them informed as to the status of their support enquiry.
  • Understanding of the CRM modules - Sales, Service and Marketing, etc...
  • Hands-on experience on CRM configuration, customization, and integration
  • Requirement gathering from business users and various stakeholders and translated them to the technical team, developing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items
  • Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Plugin Registration tools, XRMtoolBox, Visual Studio, C#, Angular/ React JS and IIS) – plugins and custom workflows, actions, BPF and Web API’s
  • Understanding of CRM features like Business rules, Calculated fields, rollup fields, security model. ribbon customization, etc...
  • Experience in agile delivery methodology and ITIL process.
  • Solution deployment, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
  • Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL
  • Knowledgeable on Power Apps (Power Portal, Canvas) and Power Automate (experience on custom connector development)
  • Essential SSRS
  • Knowledge of SSIS, KingswaySoft tool, Scribe
  • Hands-on experience on Azure Services
  • DevOps/JIRA or equivalent tracking tools – deployment automation would be a value add.
  • Knowledge on GIT/TFS

Preferred skills:

  • Prior experience of working within a globally distributed team.
  • Experience with agile methodology and ITIL Process.
  • Certifications such as PL 200/ 400 / 600 would be an added advantage.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by client or end-users in the production environment and identify the root cause
  • Good analytical capability to analyse relevant data and resolve reported problems in the quickest possible time.
