Product Industrialization Engineering Technician
Job Description

Responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools and equipment of the Manufacturing systems, leading to predictable, reliable, stable and efficient production processes.

Your role:

• Provides first line engineering support to ensure production

• Initiates production escalations, executes problem solving related to Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment

• Prepares, plans and executes Capex projects for repeat equipment

• Obtains and installs repeat equipment at site

• Implements LCM design changes in their site

• Accountable for integrity of Masterdata

• Identifies and executes improvements in manufacturing processes, tools and equipment. This for quality and efficiency improvements

• Applies lean manufacturing principles

• Supports and applies new technologies in factories

• You’ve acquired 1+ years of related experience

• Your skills include the ability to employsequipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy, safe, and secure work environment executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of working including adherence to compliance with safety, cost regulatory- and environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business principles and other policies

• You have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• You’re a self-starter and can complete work with minimal supervision
