The Pursuit Resource Center (PRC) Tools & Innovation Support Specialist role helps ensure that the P&CE Tools and Innovation strategy delivers as promised in support of the firm’s small and medium sized deals – saving time, driving efficiency and ensuring client servers have access to a broad range of well received and accurate materials to leverage in their pursuit efforts. This role actively supports our pursuit innovation strategy and contributes directly to the tools that will make pursuit efforts more effective. Individuals will possibly spend some dedicated time on supporting an individual tool in addition to broadly contributing.
Your key responsibilities
- Execute content curation and maintenance for RFP Answer Engine. Manage regular update/verification process with regional, SL or sector content owners. Provide significant support for quality assurance reviews for RFP Answer Engine
- Support Proposal Engine template development and maintenance
- Content curation and ingestion processing for Proposal Assist, tool maintenance, updates and operations.
- Support testing (QA, UAT) for Markets Engine and PRC tools
- Provide significant support for PRC reporting, site upkeep, and traditional process automation

What we look for:
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields is required.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in pursuits, knowledge, or client service, demonstrating an understanding of pursuits and content navigation.
- Certifications: APMP or PMP certifications are advantageous, with ongoing training in EY's methodologies and frameworks expected.
