Responsibilities:
Establishing strategy and cadences for Board, Senior Management and Regulatory Reporting for a highly complex, regulated initiative
Communicating program requirements and updates across the organization, to both internal and external stakeholders on a recurring basis and as needed
Report out on program status, risks, issues and decisions to a wide variety of constituents across the company; flags critical risks and/or concerns to Risk Management and Business Leadership
Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively report on updates
Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders (i.e. Internal Audit, ERM effective challenge)
The ideal candidate will:
Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to proactively engage and effectively drive reporting of projects and program efforts
Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management in a highly regulated environment, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment
Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company, as well as external stakeholders and regulatory agencies, to manage, inform and influence outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 6 years of risk management experience
At least 5 years of project or program management experience
At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering or interacting with internal business clients
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
7+ years of project or program management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
