You willpartner with the SBG and CORP COE and SME's to deploy the Honeywell GlobalDesign Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption of RapidResponse planningtools across your network. You will oversee the monthly planning cycle for your site / network, and ensurefinished goods supply and inventory plans achieve maximum customer satisfactionand ensure working capital remains within the business goals. You will be closely involved in product lifecycle events and transitions toensure the network supply strategy delivers on the product portfolio vitalitygoals. You will attend monthly SIOP meetings to approve the supply plans and topresent these and the associated risks and mitigating plans to the Businessleadership in the Reconciliation and Exec meetings. You will create and drive a positive working environment and culture ofcontinuous improvement throughout your organization to achieve the bestpossible outcome from your resources. Your will lead the development of yourteams to increase their skills and capability in readiness for internalprogression and succession.
Job Responsibilities:

• Communicating the vision & drive the strategy for Supply Planning and Execution
• Driving Transformation initiatives and deployment of the Honeywell GDM and RR adoption
• Lead and Establishing a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence
• Build a culture of highly skilled and talented professionals in preparation for progression within Honeywell
• Managing the Supply Planning function and process
• Oversea Physical Network Planning with Logistics & Inventory
• Setting Policies around Service Level Strategies with the Business
• Actively manage relationships with suppliers & Other regional distributions center & planning team
• Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate
• Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma techniques to rapid problem solve issues that impact KPI to drive continuous improvement actions that lead to world class performance
• Close involvement with Prod Marketing for NPI/EOL/Promotion/Projects/PLC
• Detailed involvement in transition execution
• Approving the monthly Supply Plan
• Chairing SIOP Supply Review Meetings
• Attending Other SIOP meetings
• Deputizing for the Dir/Snr Dir for Supply/Inventory Planning in presenting Supply Plans and Scenarios in the Reconciliation and EXEC SIOP meeting

Basic Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in Supply Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory & Operations Planning related functional area.
• SAP knowledge and us
• S&OP Knowledge
• Communication Skills
• English language preferable
• Six Sigma Green Belt min
• Six Sigma Lean Expert

Desirable Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent
• APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
