Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth of CSR and ESG platforms and solutions.
2. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in sustainability and education sectors.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand, Experience, Events, IBM.com and Media (paid, earned, and social) to define requirements and opportunities.
5. Develop compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to the Corporate Social Responsibility audiences (Students/Learners, Non-Profit Partners, Governments).
6. Drive go-to-market planning and execution, including new program launches and marketing campaigns.
7. Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to iterate on campaigns.
8. Manage a global team of product marketers, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
9. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including partners, industry influencers, and non-profit organizations.
10. Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to CSR and ESG.
