What you’ll do
- Overall coordination of programs and projects management activities
- Support development of Labs Operations area specific strategy, execution and operational plans
- Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, budget, time) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements
- Ensure continuous process and quality improvements
- Event Management
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a proactive approach to engaging both internal and external stakeholders.
Please note that the hiring for this role is on limited contract for a maternity leave replacement.
Work experience:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Previous experience in project and event management
- Experience in coordinating partnerships with external stakeholders is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage internal operational tasks, with experience in a corporate environment being an advantage
Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent presentation and networking skills
