Your key responsibilities
- Responsible for all Core HR retained operations.
- Understanding of all HR functions and concepts, including labor law and compliance.
- Conduct quality audits of data across the service line.
- Oversee and collaborate with various stakeholders on vendor management.
- Possess strong process and technical capabilities with all Core HR-related systems (global and local).
- Review and monitor Talent processes and policies and ensure all are up to date.
- Participate in special projects to strategically develop, implement, and administer HR impact.
- Conduct training sessions for Employees and Counselors.
- Act as HROSS (admin) for the Core HR module (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Serve as the first line of escalation for Core HR-related issues.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel - working knowledge of MS office. Strong communication, subject matter expertise, relationship-building.
- Ease in navigating computer systems .
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A degree in HR is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor law, confirmed with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
