Optimize planning of supply in order to efficiently manage inventory levels with on time delivery performance on or above target.

Analyze On time to request and on time to promise and drive improvements to HSM organization

Facilitate resolution of product shortage issues and communicate outcome with sales support and order management

Arrange expedited shipments of parts to support exceptional demand/pull in activities.

Planning and scheduling of orders required by end customers in the region, also arrange shipment from vendor Metro Suzhou to region or end customer

Monitor supply and demand imbalances and communication/escalate issues to Regional planning manager.

Assists in maintaining accurate planning parameters / material master data.

Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner;

Bachelors degree in supply chain, operations or other related degree

3-5 years planning experience

Experience in SAP / CP/S , POSO process

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills,Fluently in English

Proficient in Microsoft applications
