Job Description To manage site HSE operations (includes building maintenance, 5S) and take leadership to ensure site safety, green environment and people health through HSE awareness promotion, regular site audit, and follow up. To develop and implement HSE programs, practices, procedures and improvement opportunities in the areas of safety behavior, culture and acceptances.
To participate in the development and implementation of corporate-wide HSE policies and standards.
To lead site in compliance with laws and regulations associated with plant HSE issues.
Support new transfer projects related HSE areas and lead HSE projects, focus on 5 life safety procedures (M/G, LTT, CS, FP and Hot Work) Keep a good relationship with internal customersand external customers Job Requirements:
6 years plus Working experience in developing, implementing and maintaining proactive Environment, Health & Safety programs.
Bachelor’s degree in technology of electrical application, preferably in mechanical engineering industry or ODH area. Working knowledge of ISO14000 & 45001 & 50001 system
Have experience of HOS/HSE integration and drive KCI project
Ability to communicate in English and computer literacy
Good project management skill & strong analytical skills and logic thinking
Be fully responsible for Suzhou site (employee number >1000+) Occupation health management and gov’t agency report, occupational compliance obligation including Local regulation and HON HSEMS.
Promote safety culture build by weekly safety message, HSE Kaizen, KCI Model Champion coach/support, promotion/review/tracking/award (site target 12K+ Kaizen /year) Additional Information
