Your key responsibilities
- Manage and lead Dayforce projects and the relevant work streams stream to enhance business functionality, organisational performance, with an exceptional user experience
- Partner with client-side Project leadership on a joint project management approach
- Develop and maintain project management related artefacts such as Project Charters, Project Schedules, RAID Logs, Project Financials, Change requests, Cutover plans, Strategy documents etc.
- Lead and participate in project governance activities such as project status meetings and steering committee meetings
- Contributing to and participating in project related activities such as Testing, Data, Integration, Change Management and Reporting & Analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and 3rd party resources contracted to the implementation team
- Perform fit-for-purpose analysis, and provide advice, recommendations and reports on technology solutions and industry best practise
- Participate in and contribute to opportunity management initiatives such as creating proposals and conducting solution demonstrations and discovery sessions
- Undertake Project Management domain specific rather than product specific advisory services such as remediation assessments, develop of business cases, process design and transformation roadmaps
- Work as part of a broad and experienced People and HR Transformation team that will give you direct access to talented leaders to guide engagement delivery and support your development and career path
What we’re looking for
- Relevant Degree or Qualification (preferred)
- Project Management certification/s such as CPM, CAPM, CSM, PMP, Six Sigma, DevOps, Prince2, etc.
- Experience in managing and leading Dayforce projects in complex and large-scale transformations
- Certification in Dayforce modules (preferred)
- Demonstrated capability in managing senior stakeholder networks and relationships
- Proven ability to manage teams, coach colleagues, and provide clear leadership and developmental feedback to team members
