- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in critical facilities management including facility, technical, and team management.
- Experience managing a mission critical facilities portfolio.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in an Engineering field.
- Experience as a Facilities Manager or Chief Engineer at a data center or a related environment (industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or military).
- Ability to communicate in French and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
