• Developing new monetization features and tools

• Planning a calendar of in-game events and activities

• Monitoring releases to ensure consistency with KPIs and overall game flow

• Preparing content for in-game events

• Coordinating with the art, development, and analytics teams

• At least 2 years as a LiveOps Specialist or similar position in the monetization field

• Understanding of the principles of in-game economies

• Experience balancing game mechanics, creating in-game offers, and with project monetization

• Hands-on experience with Excel and Google Sheets: working with pivot tables and formulas, performing calculations, creating diagrams

• Excellent presentation skills

• Fluency in Ukrainian

• English language skills at the pre-intermediate level or higher

• Experience in developing game economics using various mathematical methods

• Understanding of the technical side of game development, including client-server interaction and practical aspects of MMO synchronization

• Higher education in economics or mathematics
