• 顧客、社内からの他部署からのISDA CSA関係の問い合わせ対応

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Resolve complex process problems which require an in-depth evaluation of basic cash/securities processing procedures and industry standards
• Offer advanced solutions for assigned cash/securities processing areas
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff
• Serve as analytical or procedural expert for cash/securities processing
• Assist with the development of new techniques and streamlining margining processes activities
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 5-8年間ほどの金融機関での同様の業務経験
• CSAマージン、デリバティブ清算集中（OTC Clearing）に関する知識のある方
• 業務遂行のために主体的に立案・連携対応できる事
• 社内外との調整・交渉ができる事
• チームと協働することができる方
• リーダー補佐経験のある方、将来的に業務リーダーを目指す方
• 日本語・英語　ビジネスレベル

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Ability to proactively plan and collaborate to carry out business
• Demonstrated comprehension of CSA Margining and CCP
• Strong awareness of both external and internal best practice perspectives, maintaining a balanced and fresh viewpoint.
• Experience in team work and developing people preferred. Aim to be a leader positively and productively
• Participation in the implementation of projects, including services and upgrades to platforms
• Efficient oral and written communication skills in English and Japanese

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
