Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, drive, and execute sourcing cost reduction projects in a cross functional environment, work with Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Manufacturing , OM to ensure project execution (meet deadlines) and implementation.
• Initiatives of projects include supplier transfer to high growth region, supply base optimization, supply risk mitigation, value engineering changes, among others.
• This position is co responsible to build a solid pipeline of projects through new ideas development and strong cooperation with procurement organization.
• Development of solid business cases and execution of projects, productivity tracking until project is implemented and perform risk management to identify and minimize issues in project execution.
• Establish relationship with stakeholders on the GBE, escalate project barriers and delays and lead productivity workshops to increase pipeline of projects to close gap.

You must have:

• Minimum 5+ Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas/commodity sourcing.
• Experience working in global Team Environment.
• Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience.
• Good decision-making; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions; and problem solving skill set.
• Global Sourcing experience and English Proficient.
