Cybereason is on a mission to reverse the adversary advantage by empowering defenders with ingenuity and technology to end cyber attacks.

We’re looking for someone who will be focused on the next-gen agent and can lead top-tier endpoint engineers to build the most efficient, flexible and modular endpoint protection agent. He will work closely with developers, security research and other product managers to ensure results derived from the best insights and optimal priorities.

In this position you will

  • Own the next-gen agent product roadmap and vision with deep collaboration with security product PMs, security research, support and field teams.
  • Manage the roadmap and planning while balancing short-term goals and long-term vision. Be skilled at maintaining a prioritized backlog and guiding the engineering teams in delivering value that truly distinguishes our EPP products in the market.
  • Be customer-focused, with empathy for customer experience. Think about end-to-end experience and customer workflows in product designs.
  • Enable Cybereason customers, partners and GTM teams on increased security value delivered by the Research and Engineering teams
  • Design a measurable product with telemetry, usage analysis, NPR/NRR scores.

We are looking for :

  • A Product Manager with over 5 years of experience building products for large enterprises.
  • Experience in security research, malware analysis, anti-viruses, Windows APIs, Mac ESF, Linux eBPF, detection engineering OR working in a security operation center (SOC) / Incident Response OR experience as a technical sales engineer in cyber security companies - a MUST.
  • Passion and High Motivation for building products in a startup mode, paving the way forward while learning what is the next pavement on the go.
  • Strong technical background. Experience in simplifying complex technical problems, and knowledge and understanding of how security operations work in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to cooperate and to work well with security research teams and to bring innovative thinking to bridge the gap between the depth of the technical solution, to the simplicity required for the day-to-day work of our users.
  • Experience in collaborating with UX design teams in product designs, ensuring designs meet the customer use cases, validating designs with internal domain experts, and customer users.
  • Curious to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation and competitive trends
  • Understanding of organizational processes in endpoint software deployment, handling of security incidents and product integrations with other ecosystem products such as SIEM, Ticketing systems, SOAR and Incident Response etc.
